WHAT TO EXPECT

This meeting consists of partaking of the bread (which signifies The Lord Jesus Christ’s broken body)
and the wine (which signifies His blood that He shed for us at Calvary)
We have no paid pastor or minister, so public participation in these services is the responsibility of the men in the assembly,
functioning with their heads uncovered (1 Corinthians 14:26-33) (1 Timothy 2:8) (1 Corinthians 11:4)
The women participate in silence, functioning with their heads covered.  (1 Corinthians 14:34,35) (1 Timothy 2:11,12) (1 Corinthians 11:5,6-13)
We have a group of men called elders, (also known as bishops, overseers, and shepherds) who have been recognized by the assembly, through the criteria taught in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9 These men are developed by the Holy Spirit (Acts 20:28) Their responsibility is to lead, guide, and care for the members of the assembly by example, teaching, and exhortation, as well as shepherd care.

Each celebration of the Lord’s Supper includes praising and thanksgiving on Christ’s  life, death and resurrection remembering and reflecting
on the Lord Jesus Christ, of His willing sacrifice on the cross.
Visitors are welcome to come and observe this meeting.

REMEMBRANCE MEETING

The meeting consists of members of the assembly remembering Christ’s life which He freely gave over 2000 years ago, in which He instituted a feast shared with His disciples by partaking bread (which signifies The Lord Jesus Christ’s body that was willingly given and sacrificed for all)
After the bread has been broken, thanks is given for the wine. It is then poured, and given to members of the assembly, in which it symbolizes The Lord Jesus Christ’s blood that was shed on the cross.  Each emblem is passed around and taken by members in the assembly.

HYMNS & PRAYERS

Throughout the meeting, various men who are members in the assembly will lead in worship and prayer, as they meditate, remembering and reflecting on The Lord Jesus Christ of His willing sacrifice on the cross.

DONATIONS

After the bread and wine are passed around,
an offering is then taken.

Those who are members of the assembly contribute on a voluntary, weekly basis.
No collection will ever be taken from any visitors or community at any of our meetings.

The meeting is then concluded with a short message given from different men in the assembly each week, followed by brief announcements and a prayer.
